Reclaim Your Power to Live a Joyful Life

Grief can be caused by many reasons, as we grieve over a part of our life that is no longer with us. The death of a loved one certainly causes immense grief, but a divorce or the end of a relationship can also lead to grief as the life we know with that person has ended. Certainly there are varying levels of grief depending on the situation, but it can be very difficult to adapt to a new way of life. Whatever hardship you are going through, please join me on this healing journey as we empower each other to live our best lives!

Hi
I'm Julie,

My mission is to spread positivity, joy, and gratitude. Ultimately, I want to help you create happiness and to live your best life! You see, it took something that shook me to my core to force me to dig deep. Matt, my husband of nearly 26 years, passed away suddenly in 2022. What started off as a typical day definitely did not end up being that way. Matt had a massive heart attack, and just like that my life forever changed.

I’m not going to downplay things, it was really tough at first. But I learned a lot about myself. And I figured out how to dig myself out without therapy or medications. Now, I am not a doctor or therapist. I am just an ordinary person who has experienced some extraordinary things. But I want my experiences to help YOU. So come along on this journey with me. Let’s chase happiness together! I sincerely want to make a difference in your life.

Sincerely — Julie
